Seven shopping centers for sale in the South and Ohio
Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) has announced plans to sell seven shopping centers in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Ohio which are «located within markets that are not part of the company's future direction.» Ramco-Gershenson has contracted with CB Richard Ellis to market and sell the properties.
